Salon Policy Booking Policy Cancellation Policy If you are running late for your appointment, please contact your stylist in advance. We do offer a grace period of 15 minutes, but we do require a notice. Please keep in mind this does cut into service time and may result in not completing everything scheduled. At this time, no one is allowed to accompany you to your scheduled appointment unless authorized by your stylist or salon owner. Children are NOT permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Please make sure those sweet babies are cared for while you enjoy and relax at your scheduled time in the salon. Upon arriving for your appointment, remain in your car, text/call your stylist to let them know you have arrived. They will let you know when they are ready for you to come in. Upon booking, you’ll receive a text confirmation that your booking request has been accepted. You will then receive a message prior to your appointment asking for you to confirm your appointment. Please follow the prompts so that your stylist will have confirmation of your appointment. Sometimes cancelling is a must. We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair becomes last priority. We always try to be as understanding as possible. However, we do ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This request is made to simply allow us an opportunity to fill any openings in our schedule and adjust our schedules to accommodate each of our guests. If this request is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and the salon owner. Payment is accepted via Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
